通常(chang)激光打標機振鏡(包括常見的半(ban)導體(ti)激(ji)光(guang)打標(biao)(biao)機(ji)和二氧化(hua)碳激(ji)光(guang)打標(biao)(biao)機(ji),光(guang)纖(xian)激(ji)光(guang)打標(biao)(biao)機(ji))都是由兩部分組成,一(yi)是,控制器;第(di)二是振鏡頭(電機(ji)),那這個振鏡對激(ji)光(guang)打標(biao)(biao)機(ji)的性能有什么影響(xiang),對激(ji)光(guang)打標(biao)(biao)機(ji)又(you)有什么作(zuo)用呢?
1、激光打(da)標機振鏡頭組成:
由定子,轉(zhuan)子,檢測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)三部(bu)份(fen)組成。其(qi)中振鏡(jing)頭為(wei)(wei)動圈式(shi)(轉(zhuan)子為(wei)(wei)線圈),其(qi)它的(de)(de)(de)均為(wei)(wei)動磁式(shi)(轉(zhuan)子為(wei)(wei)磁芯),所(suo)(suo)有的(de)(de)(de)振鏡(jing)頭均采用為(wei)(wei)永久磁鐵為(wei)(wei)磁芯;檢測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)模擬振鏡(jing)為(wei)(wei)電容(rong)式(shi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),數字振鏡(jing)為(wei)(wei)光(guang)柵(zha)(zha)尺檢測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)。電容(rong)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)是電機擺動時,檢測(ce)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)電容(rong)量發生(sheng)微小的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化,把這電容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化量轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)(wei)電信號(hao),反饋給(gei)控制器(qi),從而進行閉環控制。光(guang)柵(zha)(zha)尺傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)則(ze)通過光(guang)柵(zha)(zha)尺進行測(ce)量實(shi)際偏轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)角度,從而轉(zhuan)換成電信號(hao),反饋給(gei)控制器(qi),進行閉環控制。動圈式(shi)因為(wei)(wei)轉(zhuan)子為(wei)(wei)線圈,而線圈相對來說(shuo),體(ti)積較(jiao)大(da),轉(zhuan)動慣(guan)(guan)量大(da),不利(li)(li)于快速(su)響應(ying),所(suo)(suo)以(yi)現在基本也不采用。所(suo)(suo)以(yi)說(shuo)動磁式(shi)因空芯柱形磁芯緊裝在轉(zhuan)動軸上,體(ti)積小,慣(guan)(guan)量小,快速(su)響應(ying)性能就很好(hao),更利(li)(li)于激光(guang)打(da)標(biao)機的(de)(de)(de)高速(su)打(da)標(biao)。

3、激光打標機(ji)振鏡(jing)電機(ji)部分的工作(zuo)原理:

終結,用在激光打標機里,對振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)的(de)(de)要求是什么呢(ni)?因為(wei)激光打(da)標(biao)(biao)機(ji)是靠X,Y振(zhen)(zhen)偏轉的(de)(de)配(pei)合,將(jiang)光反射到(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)面上,進行精確的(de)(de)雕刻。而振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)的(de)(de)控制是由計算機(ji)開(kai)環控制的(de)(de)。所以(yi)要求必須(xu)為(wei)線性,即輸入(ru)信號同偏轉角度(du)之間為(wei)線性關系。因振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)是快速精密(mi)機(ji)械,所以(yi)要求從一個工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)到(dao)另(ling)一個工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)要求加速度(du)越大越好(hao),這樣,激光打(da)標(biao)(biao)機(ji)的(de)(de)打(da)標(biao)(biao)空等時間就無(wu)限小。
